Contest Period: November 1, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM EST to February 9, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EST
Draw Date: February 16, 20261. CONTEST OVERVIEW
The "100 Day Dash - Helping 100 Families, Get Into a 100 Homes Over 100 Days" (the "Contest") is sponsored by Requity Homes Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario with offices at 372 Bay St. Suite 200, Toronto, ON M5H 2W9, Canada (the "Sponsor").
Two (2) separate prizes will be awarded:
Prize #1: One (1) Air Canada gift voucher valued at CAD $1,000
Prize #2: One (1) Air Canada gift voucher valued at CAD $1,000
Total Prize Value: CAD $2,0002. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Who Can Enter
To be eligible to participate in this Contest, entrants must:
Be a registered partner (mortgage broker, real estate agent, or Requity Homes ambassador) with Requity Homes as of November 1, 2025
Be a legal resident of Canada
Be at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence
Have an active partnership agreement with Requity Homes during the Contest Period
2.2 Who Cannot Enter
The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:
Employees, officers, and directors of Requity Homes Inc.
Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of Requity Homes employees
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Entry Method
No purchase necessary. Entries are earned through professional performance:
One (1) entry is earned for each client application that achieves "Full Approval" status during the Contest Period.
Full Approval is defined as: A client application that has successfully passed all underwriting requirements and received final approval from Requity Homes for home purchase
Only applications that reach Full Approval status between November 1, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM EST and February 9, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EST will qualify
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn
Entries are non-transferable
3.2 Entry Recording
All entries will be automatically recorded in Requity Homes' CRM system
Partners can view their entry count in real-time via their Requity Homes Partner Dashboard
Entry timestamp is based on the date and time the application status changes to "Full Approval" in the Requity Homes system
Entries are credited exclusively to the partner whose unique referral link or partner code was used during the client's application process. Only the partner of record in the system at the time of application submission will receive entry credit.
3.3 Multiple Entries and Unique Referrals
Partners may earn unlimited entries during the Contest Period
Each qualifying Full Approval generates one (1) separate entry into both Prize Draws
Each unique client referral that reaches Full Approval generates one (1) entry only
If multiple partners refer the same client, only the first referring partner of record will receive the entry
Duplicate referrals of the same client by different partners or individuals do not generate additional entries
4. DRAW DETAILS
4.1 Draw Process
Draw Date: February 16, 2026
Draw Time: Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
Draw Location: Requity Homes offices, 372 Bay St. Suite 200, Toronto, ON M5H 2W9, Canada
4.2 Selection Method
Two (2) separate random draws will be conducted
Each draw will select one (1) winner for each prize
Winners will be selected using a random number generator (Random.org or equivalent)
The draw will be witnessed by at least two (2) Requity Homes representatives
The draw process will be video recorded for verification purposes
4.3 Winning Eligibility
Partners may win both prizes. The same partner can be selected as the winner in both draws.
If a selected entrant is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM PROCESS
5.1 Notification
Winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw
Winners will be publicly announced via email to all partners on February 16, 2026
Winners' names may be posted on Requity Homes' social media channels and website
5.2 Verification & Release
Before being awarded a prize, selected winners must:
Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance
Sign and return a Declaration and Release Form within five (5) business days of notification
Provide proof of eligibility if requested
Consent to the use of their name, photograph, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation
5.3 Unclaimed Prizes
If a selected winner:
Cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of the draw
Fails to respond within five (5) business days
Fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question
Does not comply with these Official Rules
Declines the prize
Then that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
6. PRIZES
6.1 Prize Description
Two (2) prizes available:
Each prize consists of one (1) Air Canada gift voucher valued at CAD $1,000
Vouchers are valid for travel anytime, anywhere Air Canada flies
Vouchers are subject to Air Canada's terms and conditions
Vouchers must be redeemed according to Air Canada's redemption policies
6.2 Prize Conditions
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable
No cash substitution or prize alternatives permitted
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if advertised prizes become unavailable
Winners are responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prize, including but not limited to:
Transportation to/from airport
Meals, accommodations, and other travel expenses
Travel insurance
Any applicable taxes
6.3 Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered electronically or by mail within ten (10) business days of winner verification
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected prizes
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
7.1 Agreement to Rules
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to:
Be bound by these Official Rules
The decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding
Release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability
7.2 Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Violates these Official Rules
Tampers with the entry process
Acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
Provides fraudulent information
Obtains entries through fraudulent means
7.3 Limitation of Liability
By entering this Contest, entrants agree that:
The Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for:
Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Contest
Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by acceptance, possession, or use of prizes
Any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in Contest materials
Failed, lost, delayed, or intercepted communications
Entrants release the Sponsor from all liability related to prizes.
7.4 Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for Contest administration
Information will be handled in accordance with Requity Homes' Privacy Policy
By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as described in these rules
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to administer the Contest
7.5 Modification and Cancellation Rights
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Contest at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Infection by computer virus
Bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud
Technical failures
Acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies
Government regulations
Any other circumstances that affect the integrity or proper conduct of the Contest
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. In the event of cancellation, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, determine winners from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
In the event that zero (0) qualifying entries are received during the Contest Period, no prizes will be awarded, and the Contest will be deemed complete with no winners selected.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
8.2 Final Decision
All decisions regarding the interpretation of these rules, eligibility, winner selection, and all other aspects of the Contest shall be made by the Sponsor and are final and binding.
