Refer. Win. Fly. — Official Contest Rules

Contest period: November 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026.
‍Prizes: Two CAD $1,000 Air Canada travel vouchers, awarded in two draws:
1. First Draw — September 21, 2026: one $1,000 voucher, awarded from entries received by 11:59 PM ET on September 20, 2026.
2. Final Draw — January 4, 2027: one $1,000 voucher, awarded from all entries received during the full contest period (November 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026), including entries already counted in the First Draw.

‍Eligibility: Open to registered Requity Homes partners (mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and Requity Homes ambassadors) with an active partner agreement. Requity Homes employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

‍How to earn an entry: Refer a client to Requity Homes. One entry is earned each time a referred client reaches Full Approval during the contest period. There is no limit on the number of entries a partner can earn. If more than one partner refers the same client, the entry is credited to the first partner who referred them. An entry remains valid even if the client's deal does not ultimately close — approval, not closing, is what qualifies it.

‍Winner selection: Each draw is conducted using Random.org (or an equivalent random-selection method) from all eligible entries. Winning the First Draw does not disqualify a partner from the Final Draw — the same partner may win both.

‍Winner notification and verification: A selected winner will be contacted by email and phone, and must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question and sign a release form within five business days to claim the prize. A winner who does not respond or does not meet these conditions forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

‍Publicity: By accepting a prize, a winner consents to Requity Homes' use of their name, photo, and a testimonial for promotional purposes related to this contest.

‍Other terms: Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. Requity Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the contest if circumstances beyond its control affect its administration. Requity Homes' liability for any contest-related claim is limited to the prize value. Void where prohibited.
