How Does Rent-to-Own with Requity Homes Work?

Rent to own lets you live in a home now while working toward buying it later. Each month, a portion of your payment is saved as credits. You get the option, not the obligation, to purchase the home at a set price within a 2 to 3 year term.

With Requity Homes, you choose the home you want, Requity buys it for you, and you pay market rent plus a fixed savings amount. You can buy the home back anytime at the guaranteed price, or walk away and keep your savings based on the program rules.
