Looking for houses in Edmonton? Requity Homes makes homeownership possible through our innovative rent-to-own program. We accept various Edmonton houses listed on realtor.ca, focusing on ready-to-move-in single-family homes and townhouses throughout the neighborhoods. Our program typically works with Edmonton houses priced between $150,000 to $600,000.

When selecting Edmonton houses for our program, we ensure each property is move-in ready and passes a professional home inspection. The Edmonton houses shown in the carousel below are just some great examples of properties that are currently listed and eligible for Requity Homes' program. We focus on primary residences only, and while we welcome most housing types in Edmonton, condominiums are typically not eligible.”
