How do I qualify for Requity Homes?

The minimum income required varies city by city depending on the starter home price range in the area. Generally, we need a minimum household income of $50,000 annually or $4,200 monthly: You can add a co-applicant in your application if the co-applicant will be living in your home with you and is over 18 years old

Regina, Saskatoon, Warren, Martensville in Saskatchewan $70,000
Sault Ste Marie and Thunder Bay in Ontario $70,000
Sudbury (including Azilda, Chelmsford, Hanmer and Val Therese), North Bay, Sarnia, Winsor, and Cornwall in Ontario $80,000
Other cities in Ontraio $100,000

Note that we don’t operate in the Greater Toronto Area at the moment as freehold properties are well over $1 million exceeding the maximum home prices we can purchase.
