Is there a down payment required?

Requity Homes' rent-to-own program requires a minimum down payment of $5,000 or 2% of the home price, whichever is greater. This can include cash, investments, or any other assets easily convertible into cash, which you are willing to contribute towards your potential down payment. In some cases, we might need a higher down payment depending on clients’ risk profile.
