How It Works:

1. You refer your client through the Requity partner portal
2. We prequalify them and provide an approved home shopping budget
3. You help them find their home - representing Requity Homes as the buyer's agent
4. Requity purchases the property - we act as a cash buyer for fast, smooth closings
5. You get paid your full commission - 2-2.5% of the purchase price within 10 days of closing
