Unfortunately, no. Home purchasing is competitive, and sellers are not obligated to accept any offer.

Requity acts as a disciplined buyer — we won't overpay for a property, because doing so would directly increase your monthly payments and future buyback price. Occasionally, this means a home goes to another buyer.

We always get your approval before submitting any offer. In some cases, it may take a couple of offers before we secure the right home for you — that's a normal part of the process.
