Who is responsible for closing costs?

When Requity purchases the home on your behalf, we cover all associated closing costs — legal fees, title insurance, and land transfer tax. You pay for the home inspection.

When you buy the home back from us at the end of the program, you are responsible for the closing costs associated with that purchase, just as any buyer would be when completing a real estate transaction.
