What do I need to do before moving in?

Before your move-in date, you'll need to:

1. Transfer your first month's partial rent and savings contribution to Requity
2. Set up utility accounts in your name (gas, electricity, water)
3. Obtain tenant insurance
4. Pay a refundable key deposit of $100

We also strongly recommend doing a final walk-through of the home within 72 hours of the closing date to confirm the condition before you take possession.
